If you’re using a small letter or number, you may be able to squeeze two shapes onto one rolled out disc of dough. Gather dough scraps and roll out again to cut second letter/number. Once you have the letter cut out completely, carefully transfer it to a baking sheet. To get a desired number or letter, use a paper stencil and carefully cut through the dough using a sharp paring knife. You’ll want to roll it out about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface. The dough is easy to make and pliable to work with. It’s a simple no-fail recipe that can be used for SO many purposes!
